The general agents package is limited to a maximum number of 250 properties that can be upload at any one time, a fee applies for each property.


How do I become an 'EXCLUSIVE FEATURED AGENT'?
Step 1.
Local info independently reviews your real estate agency.
By the means of our Customer Charter.

Step 2.
Qualify, and you become a Exclusive featured agent for your core town and up to 4 more. You gain Premium Member status.

Exclusive featured agent positions per town are strictly limited.

Once these positions are taken this effectively blocks out your competition.

Our whole property portal is built around quality and supporting Premium Members businesses, the towns they focus on in sales, rentals or holiday lets.

By working closely with smaller numbers of agents in each town we can ensure there are fewer duplicates, better quality leads and you are positioned as the agent of choice for the towns you represent. No other property portal can offer you this level of exclusivity.

Your properties are totally free for 12 months and uploaded daily via an XML feed.
An agent can only occupy a limited number of town positions.
