Sanet y Negrals is a village situated only a 15 minute drive from Denia.  It has a wealth of history with its roots linking back to the Moorish invasion.  Sanet water is renowned for its purity.  Set in a beautifully tranquil location, it has breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and countryside.  Sanet has many excellent public facilties, such as a public swimming pool, public library and college.

A pleasant climate all year round is another attraction this privileged location offers as a holiday retreat. 

Because of its privileged position, many leisure activities are only within a 5km - 25km radius;  3 outstanding golf courses, 3 natural parks (Montgo mountain, Marjal of Pego and the Penon de Ilfach in Calpe), a marine reserve, horse riding, sailing, windsurfing, boat charter, mountain climbing or hiking, bird watching, bicycling through the valley, etc.

Sanet y Negrals constitutes one of the largest villages in the Rectoria area of the Marina Alta.  Its position in the Girona River Valley ensures fertile soils and irrigated-land crops such as vegetables and fruit, especially oranges, are produced.  Sanet y Negrals is a peaceful village with several grand buildings including the Palacete de la Senoria, which is located on the road that runs through the village.
