How to become an Exclusive agent
Local info has created a unique approach to help the real estate agent and the buyer

Step 1.
If your agency is within the North Costa Blanca Local info independently reviews your real estate agency. By the means of our Customer Charter.

If you fall outside this area but within Alicante, Valencia or Murcia we don't apply the review currently but there is a qualification process. Please contact us for further information.

Step 2.
Qualify, and we position you as a Premium Member.

Premium member positions per town are strictly limited.

Once these positions are taken this effectively blocks out your competition.

Our whole property portal is built around quality and supporting Premium Members businesses, the towns they focus on in sales, rentals or holiday lets.

By working closely with smaller numbers of agents in each town we can ensure there are fewer duplicates, better quality leads and you are positioned as the agent of choice for the towns you represent. No other property portal can offer you this level of exclusivity.

Your properties are totally free for 12 months.
An agent can only occupy a limited number of town positions but all properties are live throughour all areas.

Currently, we advertise property throughout Alicante, Valencia and Murcia with the featured area focusing on Olivia to Finestrat and inland.

Shortly we shall be expanding the featured map to include Oliva to Valencia and Finestrat to Torrevieja. We're actively booking appointments for these areas and they will be treated on a first come first serve basis.
