Accommodation

There is a vast choice of accommodation in the local area, ranging from holiday apartments to bed and breakfast to large hotels. All are run by friendly local people of all nationalities who will be delighted to share their knowledge of the region with you.
You might be on holiday, looking for somewhere to live or looking for temporary accommodation whilst waiting to move into your new home. Whatever your reason we hope our accommodation pages will help you find what you’re looking for. We can help you find somewhere to stay for a short weekend break, a week or two’s holiday or for a long term let.
Whether you’re looking for the peace and tranquillity of a rural mountain retreat or something a bit livelier there’s an option for every taste and every budget. From pretty little Spanish towns to the bigger cities of Alicante and Valencia there’s a variety of accommodation available.
Inland prices are cheaper and you will need transport. You’ll find some absolutely beautiful hideaways in the mountain villages and old Spanish villages: traditional fincas lovingly restored and luxury villas maintained to the highest of standards, many with swimming pools. For a taste of real Spanish life try one of the towns in the Jalón valley (Jalón, Alcalalí, Llíber and Parcent).
If you’d prefer to stay nearer the coast there are plenty of holiday and private rentals available year round. Many are managed by small agents or the owners themselves, giving the more personal touch. Some fantastic places to stay near the sea and facilities such as bars, restaurants and activities for children can be found in Javea, Calpe, Moraira, Altea and Denia.
Stay in this area between December and May and you’ll find you could be picking fresh oranges for breakfast and lemons at sundown for your gin and tonic!
And don’t forget Benidorm – a town that caters for everyone despite its reputation as high-rise hotel city. If you’re looking for exciting nightlife and long hot days on the beach this is where you’ll find it. But travel twenty minutes out of the town and you’ll find yourself in picturesque countryside where traditional Spanish life still prevails. There are plenty of apartments and villas to rent on the outskirts that will give you the best of both worlds.
